How to Delete a TXT Record in cPanel
If you need to remove a TXT record from your domain’s DNS settings, follow these steps to delete it through cPanel. Deleting old or incorrect TXT records can help ensure your domain functions properly.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel
- Start by logging into your cPanel account.
Step 2: Go to the DNS Zone Editor
- Scroll down to the Domains section.
- Click on Zone Editor.

Step 3: Select Your Domain
- You’ll see a list of your domains in the Zone Editor.
- Find the domain you want to manage and click Manage.

Step 4: Find the TXT Record
- On the Zone Editor page, you will see a list of DNS records.
